Students who attend the SUU group classes have the workshop included in their group fees.  Other students are invited to participate in the two day workshop Nov. 1 and 2, starting Friday at 3 p.m., all day Saturday, and with a concert at 5 p.m. in the Heritage Center. Complete the entry form above and mail fee as soon as possible so we can get you the non-Suzuki music to learn.

Nov. 2 Concert Pieces – Memorize solo pieces. Remember to LISTEN to professional CDs, REVIEW all pieces weekly, and SET A PLAYING TIME for each day so practice is a habit, not a casualty of procrastination.

Book 1 – Twinkles (Variation in A Major with harmony, Variation B in D Major, Theme in A with harmony and obligatto)
Lightly Row (D Major, start on A), Allegro and Perpetual Motion with harmony (no repeat)

Fiddle:  Blue Bells of Scotland from Barrage Collection 1 
(all on melody first time, repeat with harmony parts)
Let Us Play Together (Kanon) arr. Göran Berg
Devil’s Dream, Fairfield Fiddle Farm Book 1 (repeat with tag ending)

Fourth of July Parade

This summer has been spectacularly fun as we had students from around the area join us for Jubilee Fiddle Camp!  We played our way down Main Street in Cedar City on a sunny 4th of July morning.  Thanks to all who participated!  Thank you to Sara Penny for some great photos!
